"Access Lodge ticked every box. I benefit from wheelchair accessible accommodation, that includes a riser recliner chair, adjustable bed, bed leaver and wet room and/or a bath seat/lift . We also wanted somewhere relaxing whilst not too far from places to visit. Access Lodge offered all of this and more. On arrival we had a much welcomed coffee from the tassimo coffee machine and a nice cold drink of sparkling water. All of this was kindly supplied by Jo.
The location of the lodge was quiet and we enjoyed many a morning having our coffee and watching the resident ducks.
Betty enjoyed walks in the green areas around the site and there was even a small woof park for her to try her paws at agility."

"Lodge is nice and spacious and in a nice spot on the site. We loved it! The photos don’t do it justice. The main bedroom beds are amazing they are tempur mattresses and are adjustable. It has a walk in wardrobe, which was perfect size.
The second bedroom has a wet room with a shower chair. Profiling bed with ceiling hoist. Plenty of storage and the units are on wheels for ease of use with plenty of electrical sockets in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you would have at home. I absolutely loved the kettle ☺️
We took far too much and didn’t need to use it. Jo has thought of pretty much everything and nothing is too much to ask for. She is absolutely lovely and very passionate of wanting the families to come and enjoy themselves. We did, albeit it was short. We have already booked for next year. Thank you for everything Jo. Look forward to next year"

"My son could get around throughout the lodge independently in his power chair. The bedroom he stayed in had an en suite wet room with walk/roll in shower. It really felt like home from home. Jo offers the use of many equipment"
We have finally found a holiday accommodation we can relax and enjoy altogether as a family. The lodge is in a peaceful location on site, with only a 5 minute drive to the seafront.
We found Southview to be very clean and well maintained during our stay"

"I would highly recommend a stay in Access Lodge to anyone who has limited mobility and needs some aids and adaptations to make their holiday more comfortable.
I was able to use the oven, kettle and toaster from my powerchair, giving me the ability to be somewhat self sufficient, that is not possible at home. I really liked to be able to zoom around and make a cuppa without needing to ask someone else to do it, a small thing to many people, but a big achievement to do! Jo even produced a device to help me carry my tea without spilling it!
Access Lodge is also very close to Skegness, but you would not know that due to the peaceful setting"

"This is an incredible lodge with everything a person with profound physical difficulties needs"
"Nothing was missing indeed lots of little extras were made available tea coffee milk loo role that just add that touch of " class" above and beyond customer service.
Communication was second to non...all equipment we needed was put into the lodge ready for our arrival with other things we didn't need taken away"

"Our first wheelchair holiday"
"The equipment and layout was well thought about. Meeting Jo on our arrival was like meeting a long lost friend, her personality is amazing. The new recliner had arrived during the week we was in the lodge and Jo contacted me to bring it over for us to try, nothing was too much for Jo to do or suggest"
